Dear Reader,
I am excited to announce that Prospect Coffee House on Prospect Street, North Bennington is hosting me as a guest chef during their after hours pop-up Monday, April 10.
During this time I intend to serve the following selections:
—Elk or Venison Burgers with chèvre on portobello mushroom
—Elk steaks paired with a fungal medley, rice, date and elderberry syrup
—Keto Mascarpone Cheesecake
—Avocado Mascarpone Soup
—Roasted Brussels sprouts and Cauliflower(Vegetarian), served with an optional brisket portion.
I hope you'll join me in what I suppose will be an exciting culinary adventure, as I venture to offer dishes that are uncommon in our area. Please prepare to pay by cash or BTC.
The beef brisket is sourced from Grateful Morning Farm, the game meats from Highland Farm.
