Zoom - Wednesday 4/19 6:30pm - Creative Finance discussion with Shane Evans and Seth Terramane, partners at AEME Properties
Shane and Seth will cover various alternative financing strategies such as seller financing, private lending, hard money lending, subject-to transactions, EMD lending, and Gator lending, and share tips for evaluating and negotiating favorable terms with lenders. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights into the world of creative finance and how to use it to their advantage in real estate investing.
