The second Bone Builders class is this Friday April 7, 3:15 - 4:30, upstairs at the Worcester Town Hall.
The class focuses on strengthening, stretching, and flexibility. I attended the first one Monday, and thought it was really good. Classes are Monday and Friday, and are being streamed from the Montpelier Senior Center. They are free, brought to you by the Worcester Neighbor Network.
A note to those who attended Monday's class - we will have a new speaker for Friday, , so the sound should be better. And we are looking into the possibility of a better projector and screen as well.
