Join other expectant mothers in a 2 hour workshop with Francesca Arnoldy at Yoga Roots. We will discuss important labor coping techniques and create beautiful, affirming birth vision boards to support you during labor and delivery.
You will:
•Learn comfort measures to increase labor progress and confidence
•Create a birth art visual to help mentally prepare for birth and to use as a focal point during labor
•Experience open and supportive Q & A
Participants are encouraged to bring some photographs and/or pictures for their vision board that are positive and special, like sonograms, postcards, and photos of pets, belly bumps, or "happy places." All other supplies will be included.
This workshop benefits Handle With Love, a scholarship fund providing need-based financial aid to families who couldn't otherwise afford doula support. Each participant will receive a Handle With Love organic cotton onesie. Check out the website: HandleWithLoveVT.com
