What to expect:
Short regenerative breath work lead by Andrew to help prepare you for meditation & relaxation
A short meditation guided by Rachael so you can ease into a state of relaxation
Approximate 45 minute sound bath lead by gong master Tony to bring you deep into relaxation and leave you feeling tranquil for the week to come.
