Most chronic pain is rooted in poor standing and movement habits. Sunday April 16 from 2-4pm, There will be a small group (8 people) workshop at Contemporary Dance and Fitness, where I will share guidelines for making small postural and gait changes that support good standing and movement habits and ease chronic pain. This workshop will be fun and informative and will focus on ways of: standing, sitting, sleeping and walking that will bring you towards structural alignment and away from chronic pain.
