Reset your nervous system with Jessica during a 90-minute healing experience with reiki-infused yin yoga and meditation for deep relaxation. This class will provide you the opportunity to peel back the layers of stress and go deep within yourself, physically and emotionally.

What to expect:
-A 75-minute yin yoga practice
-A 15-minute guided meditation practice
-Receive reiki, an ancient energy healing therapy, while resting in the yin poses & meditation
