Julie, author, musician and artist and formerly a Spanish language teacher will guide participants through engaging writing activities to inspire and build trust amongst participants. Julie's focus is to create a safe space for feedback with positivity and encouragement. During this one hour workshop, participants will respond to a writing prompt and give feedback to others.

"Writing is a country road to an undisclosed location. Its unpredictable, you never know where you will come out once you begin. Writing helps us to know how we are feeling and what we are thinking.
