6: 25 Request from Zoning Administrator to expend funds from FY'23 General Office budget, Office Equipment line to purchase a dedicated PC work station in the Town Office. POSSIBLE ACTION: Authorize expenditure

6:30 Presentation from Curtis Pond Association
- MOU entered into between the Selectboard and CPA signed 11/03/21. POSSIBLE ACTION: decision to affirm, revote or change the provisions of the document
- Options for liability coverage during dam construction
- Legal documents that are needed prior to beginning construction. POSSIBLE ACTION: Vote to direct attorney to draw up documents
- Process for issuing bonds authorized by Calais voters 03/07/2023
- Review draft RFP. The Selectboard may find that a public viewing of a draft of an RFP for bids for reconstruction of the Curtis Pond Dam would place some potential bidders at a disadvantage and that the document should only be made available to the public when it is final and ready to be released to all potential bidders at the same time. The SB may then choose to enter into executive session to review and discuss the draft RFP under 1 V.S.A. subsection 313(a)(6).
