VEEP (Vermont Energy Education Program) will present Electricity and the Environment in which students learn about the discovery of electricity and how it powers our world, from Faraday’s Coil to our modern energy economy. Students take turns generating it on their own with different hand-powered and foot-powered activities, including taking a spin on our energy bike.
VEEP's Mission is to Promote Energy Literacy: A deep understanding of what energy is and how to use it efficiently, to enable energy usage choices that will result in a sustainable and vital economy and a healthy environment.
