Reminder to parents of preschoolers through sixth-grade: The second of the Argyle Free Library’s five FREE Summer Reading Program mornings for children at the Argyle Free Library will focus on “Music with Don”. Music, stories, crafts and nutritious snacks are in store for all. Don Warren, musician and music teacher at Drome Sound Studio, will entertain with songs and teach children about rhythm as they play in their own “Fizz, Boom, Read Band" with simple musical instruments which they will make. Carrie Williams is program coordinator. Support is provided by our library, the Friends of the Library and by a grant from New York State Library’s Family Literacy Library Services. Parents of pre-schoolers are requested to accompany their children.
