BLYSS stands for Blueberry Lake Yoga Sanctuary & Studio. The BLYSS Sanctuary Retreat is in Warren, Vermont overlooking Blueberry Lake open May thru October. Outdoor Lakefront Yoga is featured . BLYSS Sanctuary Hosts Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Yoga Retreats, Concerts . You can book your own Retreat. BLYSS Yoga School will be open for Teacher Training in May w/ Master Instructor Eloise. We are very proud and excited to be a new & beautiful Yoga Studio with a 5 Star Rating !

BLYSS Yoga Vermont's new Yoga Studio/Art Loft Opened for business in Late January 2023 in Waitsfield, VT on the corner of Bridge/ Main St in the Historic 200 yr old Waitsfield House. Our Yoga studio will be open Year round with a variety of Yoga classes offered 7 days a week.

SPRING Into YOGA with BLYSS as we reopen with more in person classes and additional types of Yoga to invigorate your senses. Our focus this Spring is Healing from Winter, transitioning slowly, accurately, moving the body like a Spring Awakening... easing into our busy physical Summer. We have added Restorative Yoga daily with Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and other healing styles. We will be hosting weekly events starting in late March. On Sunday March 26th Eloise Zeeman hosted a Vegan Potluck from 1-4 pm all are invited to join in on this free weekly Community event. On Wednesday March 29th Instructor Rita MarandaBrown will host an event called "Warm Up Wednesdays" with Yin Yoga class at 5 pm followed by Rita's famous Vegan Chili and BLYSS hot Cacao the meal is complimentary, donations will benefit Eloise's Animal Sanctuary in Warren, VT.

As part of our SPRING into YOGA Campaign Eloise will be teaching In studio Restorative Yoga classes Monday - Friday at 11 am this class is for anyone wanting to heal ailments and improve overall health and vitality.

We encourage those who have never tried Yoga to come and see how amazing it is for every age and level! Rita will be teaching in studio Yin classes Monday thru Friday at 5 pm and specialty Yoga classes on the weekends at 11 am. These in studio classes will be scheduled monthly and weekend classes will rotate including Chair Yoga, Meditation Yoga, Mindfulness Yoga, Kids Yoga and more. Our Instructor Lauri Bradway has been teaching Recovery Yoga, Trauma Yoga and other healing modalities on Zoom. In April Lauri will be adding a FREE in studio weekly Friday night Recovery Class at 7 pm this is for anyone wanting to feel better physically & emotionally while healing from any kind of life trauma. We will also be offering Grief Yoga for dealing with loss of family members or friends, and for grieving loss of pets. It is our greatest wish at BLYSS that the Yoga Classes/ Events help nurture & heal and form new friendships.

Our Art Loft will be open to the public before/ after classes & on Weekends from 12 to 5 pm. We will feature BLYSS logo T-shirts, BLYSS Cacao, Silver Crystal Jewelry, Natures Apothacary Botanicals, Art +more

Our SPRING into YOGA classes will be 15.00 class all are invited to bring a friend for Free. Classes can also be Zoomed from the comfort of your home 10. class. See you on the mat in 2023!
