Bone Builders for Seniors is a gentle, strengthening program. Beginner friendly and done mostly in a seated position, this class is perfect for all levels of experience!

Every Monday at 11am in person at the Lamoille Health Partners Community Center on 26 Union St in Morrisville. (Additional parking in front of brick building behind the center).
