Friday, March 24th is the best night for viewing the Spring Night Sky. Join the Vermont Astronomical Society at the Waterbury Public Library beginning at 7:30 PM for a look at star clusters and nebulae, naked-eye planets and constellations. The crescent moon and Venus pair up, and Orion settles into the southwest still visible for evening viewing. Mercury is low in the west. We hope the weather will cooperate and we will congregate in front of the library's entrance in the back parking lot and hope for the best! 7:30-9:30 PM, Friday, March 24th.
