We've received Nature's gift of winter Yin time, and sowed dream seeds into the fertile Void, each in our own chrysalis and cocoon.

The light has tiptoed us back towards Spring Equinox, and Gaia is slowly stirring herself awake, as we ourselves feel our ideas and life force pulsing and rising like sap within us.

This sound bath meditation is a healing experience and ritual to integrate the shadow work we have been doing this winter.

Please bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, any cozy layers to keep you comfortable laying on the floor.
