On Thursday 3/29, the Selectboard and the public will receive a presentation of conceptual plans for improvements to the Town Hall and replacement of the Fire Station. Since the fall, staff have been working with architects to develop options for both buildings. After many meetings reviewing many options, two for each building will be presented. For the Fire Station, the options are a new station in the existing location and a new station on vacant land off of Commerce St. For the Town Hall, the options are an addition or just improving the existing building. Next steps, if any, for both buildings will be discussed at a future Selectboard meeting.
The meeting will take place in the lower level conference room of Town Hall, due to space limitations, people can attend the meeting via Zoom or watch (but not be able to participate) on the Media Factory. The agenda for the meeting will be published on Friday and will contain the information to watch remotely.
