Description
In this private tasting, guests will be guided through the traditions and innovations of the most prolific wine regions in Italy. From the Italian alps to the Mediterranean sea Italy has some of the most diverse winemaking terrains in the world. Discover new varietals you've never heard of paired with cheese and charcuterie. Italy is a culinary and wine powerhouse of endless discovery. Each bite and sip will bring you closer to some favorite Italian villages.
This tasting for up to ten guests will be guided by one of Dedalus's wine experts. This tasting can only be booked at the Burlington shop and will be hosted in the private tasting room. The guided tasting runs between 1-1.5 hours. Guests are welcome to use of the private room for up to 2.5 hours. Grab your friends and family to enjoy this special, private event.
