Invitation to Thursday March 23rd/23
Morning breath class/10am EST
Time to let go and just be. Release.

As I am becoming more seasoned time both linear and non-linear is more precious to me. After a full weeks engagement with clients, supporting them in breathing with more awareness, I am left with a "free day". Snow is falling weightlessly outside the window and I observe my mind grasping for distractions. Let's ski.. no the driveway is too icy, let's watch a movie, let's check e-mails and on and on it goes, until with the help of a deep conscious inhale I drop back into the moment. I continue sitting on the windowsill, watching the snow fall and with my breath become aware of the abundance of sensations within my body arising and falling away each moment. I am alert and amazed. Sitting with what is within and without and the awareness of my body arising anew each moment sometimes more dense sometimes more subtle. Body there, breath there, no body, big mind...breath in and breath out..no breath... space....big mind....

If you have attended a previous workshop and feel that you benefited from, we hope that you will forward this invitation to friends and family and encourage them to participate.

*If this is your first time experiencing Therapeutic Cathartic Breathwork Video, as a prerequisite and upon registering, please study the video on Dunja's website coaching a preview on this particular form of conscious breathing or click the blue link above. https://therapeuticcatharticbreathwork.com

The day prior to the workshop, you will receive an email with the Zoom login details. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and open the Zoom meeting with video and audio enabled. You are encouraged to join a few minutes early.
During the workshop, Dunja will monitor everyone's breathing pattern and lend personal support as we move through the session.

How to prepare:
1. Set up your area with a yoga mat or firm but comfortable surface on which to lay down, and a blanket in case you become cool. Avoid pillows or neck rolls. The room should be warm, around 70 degrees, and free from noise or distractions, including pets!
2. Arrange your laptop or device within an arm's reach while laying down, with the camera positioned to show your head and torso, so that Dunja can monitor your breathing during the session.
3. Have your device plugged in to a power source or make sure it is fully charged ahead of time.
4. Avoid foods or liquids two hours prior to the workshop so that you will be comfortable for the duration of the breathing session.
