Upper Valley Baroque performs Claudio Monteverdi's Vespers, the greatest choral masterpiece of the early Baroque era. World-class orchestra members play period instruments, including rarely-heard sackbuts, cornettoes, and theorboes. Talented singers bring to life dramatic and varied musical settings of thirteen sacred texts.
