Moderator/MC – Your NPA steering committee is trying out a new format this evening. Those of you on Zoom will be given a first opportunity to ask questions once the formal presentations conclude. We will call on each of you or as "hands rise" on the screen. Alternatively, please text us via zoom or simply ask your question when you introduce yourself.

Heads up! The steering committee is also planning a terrific NPA meeting for April 26th. Please mark your calendars. Along with the Vermont Attorney General's Office, we will be co-hosting a Hate-Free Vermont Forum. The Vermont Attorney General's Office serves as the State's clearinghouse for reports of bias incidents, discrimination, and suspected hate crimes. Through the Hate-Free forum series, the office hopes to identify existing gaps in the state's response system.

We thought we would start this evening by introducing two of your NPA steering committee members, Matt Hurlburt and Lee Morrigan. Not only do they serve on the steering committee, they are actively involved in broader community efforts. Our city is well served by our dedicated volunteers.

7:10 – 7:20 Lee and Matt introduce themselves and their community work.
