Local sound healer Heidi Champney will lead the group in creating a sound bath by using instruments such as bells, singing bowls, drums, rattles, and our voices. Come to listen and relax, recharge, re-energize, and rejuvenate. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or other cozy item to make you more comfortable while receiving. Or just bring yourself and settle into a church pew. The acoustics in the room are extraordinary and you will be surrounded by healing sounds.
