Hi Neighbors,
Just a reminder that the next Selectboard meeting concerning the budget will take place on Tuesday night in person (7:00pm) at the town hall or via zoom. The weather on Tuesday seems to be cooperating so I hope many of you will attend in person to fill the town hall or via zoom.

The Selectboard will give us an update on all the budget cutting information that they have been working on this past week. It is very important for EVERYONE to hear the information that will be shared by the Selectboard. I am sure the Selectboard had a very busy week. Thank you to the Selectboard for understanding our concerns and actively trying to find solutions! Thank you to the Senior Center, Library, Committees & Town Departments that also have agreed to look for cost saving measures & budget cuts to their funding. Your work is appreciated!

Thank you for all the discussions, concerns, questions & solutions that have been shared by the residents in Charlotte. Please continue to share! I look forward to hearing more from both Charlotte residents & the Selectboard about how to bring down these huge increases to the budget .

We all need to work together! We all need to help make our community become more affordable & sustainable now and in the future so our hard working residents can continue to enjoy living in our small town.
