This Friday please come join us in Chandler's Upper Gallery for an evening that feeds both body and spirit: a community potluck ahead of the Live & Up performance by Toronto-based duo Basset.
Basset's Sam Clark and Yasmine Selton compose and play music of timeless heart. Their songs will take you from urban streets before the city wakes, to corrugated tin shacks north of the treeline. An adventure you won't want to miss: their deep love of the natural world, combined with their gorgeously meditative and assured acoustic sound, will speak to your soul.
Doors will open at 5:00 PM, with supper happening between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and music starting at 7:00 PM.
This is a Pay What You Can Event. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at www.chandler-arts.org or (802) 728-9878. Or you can simply come with your potluck dish, and pay at the door with what feels right for you.
I hope to see you at this evening to remember.
