Join CommUnity Circle for a Healing Sound Bath at the lovely Cornwall Congregational Church.
Local Sound Healer, Heidi Champney, will lead us in creating a sound bath together, using a range of instruments, such as: bell tones, singing bowls, drums, rattles and of course, our voices.
Relax, Receive, Release, Recharge, Re-energize, Rejuvenate
What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
Please bring whatever you might like to make yourself comfortable while receiving: yoga mats, pillows, blankets and such. Or just bring yourself and settle into a church pew.
This is a free event for the community but donations will be gratefully accepted.!
