March 22 7:00 Pm on Zoom

You've heard about the plight of the honeybee - a real concern, but it's a much bigger issue than you might realize and reaches far beyond the honeybee. Our native bees along with so many other insects and pollinators are in serious trouble too, and the biodiversity so essential to a healthy ecosystem in general is at great risk.

YOU can make a difference, though, right in your own backyard! Join local Master Gardeners Julie Parker Dickerson and Karen Tuininga on March 22nd for Sustainable Charlotte's upcoming Wednesday Webinar event on the topic of Backyard Biodiversity. We'll explore the issues at hand, and you'll come away with solid ideas for increasing native plantings and supporting greater biodiversity right in your own gardens and backyards.

The free event is brought to you by Sustainable Charlotte Vermont and the Charlotte Library; registration is required - follow this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZwtd-CvqjsuE9WEjFycL1EIGk5zqHxK3hP9
