This will be the final workshop of the season until November! Sourdough baking is definitely our most popular class. This workshop is a great source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers. Unlike the virtual workshops, this class will be a very hands-on experience. You will create your own sourdough boule, and together we guide you through your dough development.
Personal interaction is very helpful and essential.
What you will learn and do during the workshop:
– overview of flours
– how to create and your maintain your own wheat sourdough starter
– troubleshooting
– baker's math overview
– kneading, dough development, forming, scoring and baking
What to bring:
– a notepad and a pen to make notes
– an apron
– the desire and motivation to learn something new

Ingredients are provided by the bakery and each participant will leave with a sourdough loaf and sourdough starter.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration no less than 3 (three) days in advance you will receive a full refund.
Please wear clothes that will be comfortable for baking.
