Come to a Sound Bath offered by CommUnity Circle of Vermont, and led by Starksboro resident Heidi Champney. Come and relax, receive, release, re-energize, and rejuvenate, as Heidi guides us in creating a Sound Bath together, using a range of instruments such as bells, singing bowls, rattles, drums, and of course our voices. This event takes place on Sunday, March 26th, from 1-3pm, in the beautifully resonant sanctuary of the Congregational Church in Cornwall. This is a free event, with donations gratefully accepted. Please bring whatever you might like to make yourself comfortable--yoga mats, blankets, pillows--or just come and settle into a church pew. And bring your friends!
