Building upon my breathwork, yoga, Qi Gong, and science background, I am hosting a virtual breathwork and movement class series geared towards those who want gentle movement and breathing exercises to help them relax, calm down the nervous system, unwind from day to day or life stress, and support their body's recovery process.
