I am a grandparent; maybe you are one, too.
The young people in our lives are a frontline community in relation to climate - they have already lived their entire lifetimes during the climate emergency and have a frightening future. Please, consider what you are willing to do to allow them to have good lives.
Members of Third Act Vermont are gathering next Tuesday to take action on our grandchildren's behalf.
The climate has been made worse by the massive funding of the fossil fuel industry by "bad banks." The four largest offenders are Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Please join members of Third Act Vermont in our campaign to end this climate-destroying funding of fossil fuels.

We will march down Church Street and back, then gather in front of Chase Bank for songs, speeches, skits, and a credit card cutting ceremony.
Also, if you can bring an 8 1/2 x 11 picture of your young children or grandchildren, we will help you affix them to a sign. We will have lots of other signs to use if you would like.
