This will be the final workshop of the season until November! Sourdough baking is definitely our most popular class. This workshop is a great source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers. Unlike the virtual workshops, this class will be a very hands-on experience. You will create your own sourdough boule, and together we guide you through your dough development. Personal interaction is very helpful and essential.
What you will learn and do during the workshop:
– overview of flours
– how to create and your maintain your own wheat sourdough starter
– troubleshooting
– baker's math overview
– kneading, dough development, forming, scoring and baking
