Do you know how to identify anxiety or depression in yourself or others, including children, adults, seniors and new mothers? Would you like to learn about different ways to discuss it with loved ones or about ways to treat it?
UVMHN Porter Medical Center invites you to join us in person on the evening of April 5 for the very first of an ongoing series we're calling "the fishbowl series". The premise is to allow guests to pose questions (anonymously) to a panel of healthcare experts on different topics. This first session will cover topics related to anxiety and depression in people of all ages. Our facilitator will draw questions out of the fishbowl and direct them to the appropriate panelist. We expect this to lead to a lively and informative discussion!
This event is 100% free and open to everyone. We ask that you register in advance, as the space is limited to 60 guests.
Please visit our site to see more details, including a list of our diverse panelists, and to register in advance: https://www.portermedical.org/classes-events/a-conversation-about-anxiety-depression/
