Bear Cub Movement Camp is an outdoor camp for children ages 5-8. Join us for the week of July 24-27th (Monday-Thursday), 9am-1pm, to play in the meadows and woods at our home on Hardwood Flats Rd, Wolcott. Our week will include (barefoot optional, and encouraged!) exploring, guided yoga-inspired breathing and movement, nature arts and crafts, and campfire storytime.
Led by physical therapist and yoga teacher Joy Many, the intention of the week is to give children a secure foundation to play and explore their true natural habitat of the great outdoors.
