Wisdom of Elderberry Class

How is it that our very breath is interwoven with trees in the exchange of oxygen and CO2? Such relationship is inherent in every step we take on this earth. What if we walked and lived in that awareness?
Join me as we explore our relationship to a few Herbs/Plants that grow around us. Right here on Wallace Hill Road, Newbury and it's surrounding environs! Discovering our relationship to the plants that surround us can awaken an inherent truth of our well being. We are supported, we are complete, and we are well.
In this class we will feature Elderberry, Nettle and Lemon Balm. All have different actions and expressions that can effect us and support us. Come with questions and your own experiences in working with plant medicine. As we discuss these herbs we will learn to prepare elderberry elixir for you to take home to share with family and friends.
