Wait, what's a Peeps® diorama?

The Mad River Libraries invite individuals and teams of all ages -- yes, it's equally fun for adults -- to submit book-themed dioramas using marshmallow Peeps® as the characters. Dioramas are constructed in a shoebox or similar-sized box and depict a scene from a book or have a literary theme. Public viewing and voting will take place at the libraries from April 3 -April 15. Visit all three libraries and vote for your favorite diorama at each one!

So, what's the Peeps® diorama maker day at the Warren Library?

Come to the library on Saturday, March 25, to get inspiration and materials for your Peeps® diorama. We'll have paint, hot glue, shoeboxes, and many other materials available (yes, including Peeps®). Stay and work on your project or just pick up some materials to take home. You don't need to come to the maker day to participate in the competition.
