Third Act's Day of Action Against "Bad Banks"
The climate crisis is exacerbated by the massive funding of the fossil fuel industry by "bad banks". The four largest offenders are Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Please join us in our campaign to end this climate-destroying funding of fossil fuels.
Tuesday, March 21, 3:30 – 5:00 pm, Chase Bank, Top of Church Street Marketplace (1 Church St), Burlington Bring your signs (lots of ideas at thirdact.org). We will have some signs to use if you don't have your own. We will march down Church Street and back, then gather in front of Chase Bank for introductory speeches, skits, a credit card cutting ceremony, and music.
Also, if you can bring an 8 1/2 x 11 picture of your young children or grandchildren, we will help you affix them to a sign.
