Food distribution will take place Saturday March 18 from 9:00 to 10:30 am at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 273 Rt. 15 ,Jericho. If you are coming for the first time please bring identification showing current address. The Food Shelf is sponsored by 11 local churches and supported by local organizations and individuals who place staples in donation bins located at the Jericho Market, Hannaford-Essex and Price Chopper-Essex. The food shelf is grateful for this community generosity, including food drives. Ongoing needs include cereal, peanut butter, baked beans, pasta and spaghetti, pasta sauce, canned fruits and vegetables, chicken, and tuna.
