Opportunities to improve health should be available to everyone! The Swimming Hole, a 501c3 nonprofit community pool and fitness center in Stowe, is hosting the TSH ICE Challenge event on April 1st to fundraise for its financial aid program and outreach programs, such as the free AQUA Fitness Session for survivors of abuse and domestic violence launched this year. The event will run from 10 am to 12 pm and will include refreshments, a DJ and music, as well as members of the TSH ICE Challenge Team soaking in a 160-gallon ice tub! Please join us!

As a health care provider in Lamoille County, I see a tremendous need for these programs, which provide a safe space and community in which to improve physical, mental and emotional health.
