The climate crisis is exacerbated by the massive funding of the fossil fuel industry. Four of the largest offenders are the following banks: Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
Third Act (Thirdact.org), is a national organization created primarily for people over 60 years old to protect the climate and strengthen our democracy.
On Tuesday, 3-21-23, people will gather all over the country in front of these banks to protest continued investment in the fossil fuel industries and to cut up their credit cards issued by these banks.
