Wow! Here we are already. The 3rd Saturday of the month is already upon us, and we are ready to dance.
The Green Mountain Chapter of USA Dance is very happy to be hosting our third community ballroom dance since our return from Covid. Join us for another fun night of Ballroom Dancing with beginner lessons in Swing and American Tango on Saturday, March 18th. As you most likely know, all of our 3rd Saturday dances include all of the ballroom dances including waltz, foxtrot, tango, cha cha, merengue and more. This dance will be at the Champlain Club newly named, the "North Star Community Hall", at 20 Crowley Street in Burlington. Dress is business casual. Parking on Crowley Street is for residents only, so please find a place to park on the adjacent North Ave or in the surrounding blocks. We have a limited number of handicapped spots behind the building.
Vermont Swing will be teaching the swing lesson.
Please wear clean, non-marking shoes. Refreshments will be provided. Masks are encouraged but not required.

$20 general entry

6:15 - 7:15 beginner lesson in swing
7:15 - 8:00 beginner lesson in American tango
8:00 – 10:015 social dancing
If you are a member of Front Porch Forum in your town, please consider posting our March 18th dance as an event. We would like to encourage as many dancers as possible to attend, so that our dances become more fun for everyone and so that, as participation increases, we can return to our Elley Long Music Center home.
