New Haven will be hosting a Rabies Clinic in conjunction with with Champlain Valley Small Animal Mobile Clinic on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 9:00 - 11:00 am in the Town Office parking lot. This is for cats and dogs only. Please leave your pets in the car and Dr. Ross will come to you. The cost is $20.00 per vaccination. In order to receive a three (3) year rabies vaccination, you must provide proof of the previous vaccination.
The Town Office will be open for licensing your dog(s) during the clinic (if you live in New Haven). All dogs must be licensed in the State of Vermont per V.S.A. 20 ~3550( a) by April 1st of every year.
The cost for licensing is $9.00 for spayed/neutered and $11.00 for unspayed/unneutered. These fees increase after April 1st.
Please consider licensing your dog(s) now if they are current on their rabies vaccine.
