The well known director of the St Johnsbury Town Band, Gary Aubin, will be the speaker for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) program March 16. Gary researched the history of Town Bands in Vermont for his Master's degree from Norwich University and now will share the results with us on Thursday at Catamount Arts on Eastern Ave. He has also recently published the "History of Town Bands in Vermont" in book form which is available at St Johnsbury History & Heritage Center.

All the OLLI programs are hosted at Catamount Arts on Thursdays from 1:30 - 3:00. The facility is handicapped accessible and we welcome homeschool students with an interest in the topic

Since we cannot accept cash, if you do arrive without having registered, we will not turn you away but will provide instructions and an envelope after the program to send fee to UVM.

As such, UVM expects event participants, visitors and guests will be vaccinated. Masks are optional and welcomed.
