The Equinox is a sacred day in many cultures for many reasons. Join Lori Lisai and River Buffum for a deep dive into some astrology, the meaning of the new moon in Aries, and how to harness and ground the boundless spring energy in this time of growth and rebirth. Come away feeling grounded and prepared for the coming of spring in Vermont, and learn a little bit about yourself along the way.
