Join Open Channels Energy Therapy next Sunday from 2-4pm for a Spring Equinox Workshop! We will gather at 3437 Hinesburg Rd in Richmond, where we will create beautiful felt flowers to add to a communal spring altar, perform a brief energetic "spring cleaning," and finish off with about an hour of meditation and group energy therapy. You can take your flowers home afterwards-- they make a fun, springy gift!
