We do not expect to be nearly as busy this time, and if you were one of the folks who waited in line and didn't get to eat before we sold out in November, please let us know so we can take extra special care of you.

SIKIL PAK - Yucatecan pumpkin seed, citrus and habanero spread, cucumber + tortilla chips
CHIPS + SALSA - Freshly fried + salted corn tortillas, salsa verde + roja
TORTILLA SOUP - Tortilla soup with crispy tortillas and Mexican crema
CACHETE TACO - Slow braised sliced pork cheek, onion, cilantro, lime, salsa negra
BRISKET TACOS - Beef brisket, onion, cilantro, lime, salsa morita
CAULIFLOWER TACOS (can be made vegan) - Roasted cauliflower, golden raisin + pickled jalapeño, paprika vinaigrette, cucumber mint salsa + crema
