The Starksboro Public Library is open Mondays: 10:00 - 6:00, Thursdays: 10:00 - 5:00, and Saturdays: 9:00 - 2:00. There is Wi-Fi 24/7 outside the building, in the Park & Ride lot, and at the electric vehicle charging station. Wi-Fi is also provided outside the Jerusalem School Community Center, courtesy of Waitsfield Champlain Valley Telecom.
