Central Vermont High School Initiative to Host Open House for Prospective Students

The Central Vermont High School Initiative (CVHSI) will hold an open house on Friday, July 18th from 4:00-6:00 pm for interested middle and high school students and their families. The event, which will be held at the Initiative's Goddard campus location, 100 Loop Road in Plainfield, will introduce prospective students to the facilities, curriculum and community. Students and families will get a tour of the campus, which features small classrooms, a college library, our kitchen, gardens and extensive nature trails. Families can learn about the Waldorf high school curriculum, the Initiative's policy of financial accessibility to all, meet our faculty and learn about the admission process. "The open house is a great opportunity for the students in our community to learn about our unique facilities, dynamic curriculum and creative, supportive community,” said Robert McKay, humanities teacher for the Initiative.
