On Tuesday, March 14th at 7:00 pm at Town Hall and via Zoom, the Jericho Affordable Housing Committee (AHC) will be hosting the Planning Commission's (PC) next work session to update Jericho's Town Plan. Updating the Town Plan is how we determine Jericho's vision and goals for the next 10 years – to guide the work and priorities of the Selectboard and PC. This meeting is one of a series of work sessions and forums to update Jericho's Town Plan.

This session's topic is HOUSING. David White, from Sterling Mountain Planning, will provide a presentation to guide and inform our conversation. I will then moderate a public discussion in which YOU can provide input to the PC and the AHC on what the Town's priorities should be with regard to housing. We'll wrap up with a PC and AHC member discussion on how to incorporate this input, recent housing data, and state & regional housing goals to chart Jericho's journey forward.
