The Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild is offering an introductory class on rug hooking. Saturday, May 20th, 11:00 AM-2:30 PM, with break for lunch. Location: Our Lady of Angels Roman Catholic Church Hall, 43 Hebard Hill Road, Randolph, VT. Instructor: Fern Strong. Fee for Guild members is $40, $70 for non-members. This one-day class is an introduction to "Traditional" rug hooking. Fee includes: the basic techniques to hook the pattern provided. Discussions will cover tools and equipment, different fibers, techniques and finishing methods, and much more. All supplies and instruction are included in the 3-hour workshop. For $65 you can become a Guild member and get the workshop.

The Guild is also offering a Hook-in and Tea Cup Auction that day. Attendance at the Hook-in is free for GMRHG members and $20 for non-members. 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Register in advance at https://gmrhg.wildapricot.org.

The GMRHG Membership is $25/year and offers quarterly newsletters announcing events, classes and shows. Membership also provides free or reduced fee to Guild sponsored programs.
