Promises of sunshine for Sunday's concert as clocks spring forward with a joyful hour of music at the Westford Common Hall with the Missisquoi River Band. Cindy and Jim Weed, Patrick Murphy and Will Patton unfailingly dazzle audiences with their string wizardry and strong vocals.
