The Calais Cemetery Commission invites you (yes, you!) this Saturday, July 19 at 9 AM to help paint the fence at the Old West Church Cemetery. This beautiful, historic landmark needs some sprucing up. Come learn about our early settlers in town, meet your commissioners and neighbors and have fun while giving back to our town. Bring work clothes, gloves and any extra paintbrushes and scrapers if you have them. (Rain date Sat. July 26)
